Workout Wednesday Activities

Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our well being. Even a short burst of 10 minutes’ brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood. You should aim to engage in physical activity for at least 60 minutes a day. Below are some ideas to try, but we are sure you have some brilliant ideas too.

You could:

  • take part in a circuit activity (see resources below)
  • go on a bike ride
  • skip
  • go for a run
  • create an obstacle course
  • go on the trampoline
  • play a sport
  • briskly walk the dog
  • martial arts
