Mindful Monday Activities

At this difficult time we are all facing, it is important to look after our wellbeing and mental health and doing mindfulness activities can help with this. Below are a range of mindfulness activities you can complete with your children at home. These are just a few ideas, feel free to choose your own.


You could:

  • practise some Yoga or Meditation
  • listen to some peaceful, calming music
  • focus on ‘Mindfulness’ colouring in
  • help in the garden
  • create a glitter/sensory jar
