Thoughtful Thursday Activities

Making others feel good with kindness can be really rewarding. It makes us feel great about our actions and for doing the right thing. Experiencing an act of kindness can improve our mood, make our day and increase the likelihood of spreading that kindness to others. Have a go at one of the acts of kindness below. See if you can make someones day!

 

You could:

 

  • Tell a family member how much you love and appreciate them
  • Call a friend that you haven’t spoken to for a while
  • help an elderly neighbour
  • post a letter through a neighbours door telling them you are thinking of them
  • Say thank you to someone who has helped you
  • help with the household chores
  • start an online book club and invite your friends
