Feel Good Friday Activities

It is important that we listen to our bodies and give ourselves some ‘me time’. Below are some examples of what your body might need. Remember to always be kind to yourself and spend some time on ‘YOU’!


You could:

  • take a break from learning
  • visit somewhere new
  • do something you’re good at
  • spend a little longer doing the thing you enjoy most
  • talk about how you feel
  • ensure you are getting enough sleep
  • accept who you are
  • care for others
  • ask for help
  • keep in touch with friends and family
